Been coming for two years and never had a bad experience. The whole team is great, friendly, and welcoming. I don't usually take the time to write a review unless there's a reason for doing so - particularly when it comes to haircuts, which are pretty unremarkable and don't differ much from shop to shop, but today's experience was worth writing a review for.

Went in for a quick cut today at your new RVP shop. Ellis cut my hair and did a really good job. He really took his time in doing it, which was appreciated. Very polite, full of suggestions and knew his stuff, with great attention to detail.

If there's one thing I could politely suggest about the barber shop - and industry - in general (not to do with individual barbers), it would be this: use barbicide for all tools between everyone and leave what you can in barbicide! Perhaps you already do - I didn't notice - but I have noticed that no barbers seem to use it anywhere near enough and it makes the experience feel pretty dirty to me.

Very good experience today though and all the best for the new shop!

Lots of barbers in Tunbridge Wells but I like this over others. Great atmosphere and fantastic barbers. Although the shop is hidden behind the bus stop it is a gem and worth a visit. Prices are great and nothing is too much trouble.
